Prosecco is a sparkling wine with aromatic Brut quality. It is a brilliant pale straw yellow, revived by the perlage. The perfume is intense with an elegant fruity aroma, with hints of citrus that fade into floral notes.  It is a dry wine with a sweet flavour, slightly soft to the palate and at the same time crisp. To be enjoyed both as an aperitif, a dessert wine, appetizers and main dishes with delicate flavours.  It should be served at a temperature between 6-8 degrees Celsius or 42-48 Fahrenheit.
