It is certainly one of the greatest wines of the world, with a strong personality, noble and of big body, of an intense ruby red colour. You distinguish it from a rich and complex perfume, pervaded by the net herbaceous hints. Characterized by a dry and elegant taste, well balanced and persistent, it lends itself to long aging, during which it gets better, assuming broom glints and purchasing elegance and potential, without losing the characteristic green note. The Wine is perfectly accompanied by cold meats, white or red meat roasts, noble poultry and venison or game in general.. It is also on aged cheeses. The bottle should be preserved in a horizontal position, possibily at room temperature, around 18-20 ° C / 64-68 ° F, and previously decanted in a carafe, in case of an Aged Wine.
