Wine that stands out, when it is young, from an intense ruby red colour and a distinct herbaceous, dry and full flavour, softened by a hint of raspberry. Maturing assumes pride, becomes kind, delicate, of rare in harmony and emits a slight fragrance of violet. The young wine is more suitable for complete meals and it’s also a perfect accompaniment for tasty first dishes, meat preparations and in particularly for hard cheeses. The bottle should be preserved in horizontal position and served at a temperature around 18-20 ° C / 64-68 ° F.
