IL BANDITA
0,75 l - 13% vol.
The Bandita is named after the homonym one and ultra centenary Forest of Loncon, in ancient times precious patrimony of the Venice Arsenal, completely destroyed by the war actions during the First World War. This Wine is the result of a careful selection of our best grapes such as Merlot, Refosco and Cabernet, rigorously harvested to hand, waiting for the most propitious moment and vinified according to the tradition, wich wants, them to be first pressed, fermented in vinacce and left them precious rest in small oak barrels for at least eighteen months. The colour is red ruby, tending to garnet; the perfume is winy, wide and complex; the taste is full and warm of good persistence. It is ideal to accompany red, baked or grilled meats, stews of noble poultry, venison and game. It should be opened and decanted into a carafe, a few hours before consumption, in order to allow a good oxygenation of the wine before being brought to the table. It should be served at a temperature of 20 ° C / 68 ° F, in glasses with a large diameter cup, an of long-stemmed, in order to offer the wine a greater surface area in contact with air.
