This wine is produced with Merlot grapes, with an intense ruby red colour tending to garnet with age. It has a clear wine perfume, ample with herbaceous and raspberry notes. The taste is dry, harmonic, of notable character and with a bitter after-taste. It is a unique wine thanks to its harmonic completeness; that is the reason why you can find it served everywhere and accompanied to filling main courses, polenta, and white and red meat dishes. The bottle of Merlot should be preserved in an horizontal position and served at room temperature, around 18-20  degrees Celsius or 64-68 Fahrenheit.
