Poetically named “Vino di una Notte”, as the whole productive cycle, from the pressing to the racking, takes place within twenty four hours. This wine is produced with Merlot grapes giving it a ruby red look and an intense wine perfume. To the palate it is at the same time dry with a strong flavour and soft. Its peculiarity makes him ideal with appetizers, starters, and light main dishes. It should be drunk preferably as soon as possible, and served moderately fresh at a temperature between 10-12 degrees Celsius or 50-54 Fahrenheit.
