This wine, produced with Tocai grapes, has a straw yellow colour with golden glints and greenish flashes. The perfume is delicate, fine with a note of golden apple and bitter almond. The taste is dry, velvety, elegant and persistent. It is considered the most pleasant aperitif offered in all the cafes of Veneto and Friuli Veneze Giulia.  It can be considered a fine wine for the entire meal, especially good to accompany light and elegant appetizers, light main dishes, whole basic preparations of fish and tender cheeses which are not fermented.  Rich in glycerine, it keeps intact its best characteristics for at least two years. It should be served fresh, in neutral glasses with stems, at a temperature between 8-10 degrees Celsius or 46-50 Fahrenheit.
